The Giants of the Sila’s pine forest is located inside the Sila National Park in the Fallistro natural reserve where the enjoyable village of Camigliatello Silano, at 1.272 m of altitude stands in its unicity. The pine forest dates back to 1600, and it was planted by Baroni Mollo. The Mollo family also owns the close Casino (offered to Fondo Ambiente Italiano in 2016 by the heirs Maria Silvia, Beatrice and Giovanna) defined as biogenetic reserve, that after the human intervention has the sole aim of allowing nature to take its course.
